I am extremely honoured to have been presented by the Japan Wildlife Centre at the Machida Municipal International Fine Arts Museum and Tama City Combined Cultural Center in Tokyo, Japan. The focus of both exhibits was to bring international attention to the Japan Wildlife Centre, their goals and ideals in regard to Animal awareness and protection. This is something that is very dear and near to me.
I am also a Signature member of the prestigious Society of Animal Artists (SAA) https://www.societyofanimalartists.com/ and Artists for Conservation, https://www.artistsforconservation.org/ whose goal is to promote education of the public through art exhibitions, informative seminars, lectures and teaching demonstrations of excellence in the artistic portrayal of the creatures sharing our planet.
Serving you, to make the experience of my paintings a meaningful, everlasting gift to help you celebrate and honour your love of Animals and the natural world. Thanks so much for taking the time to visit. - Michael Pape

"It is the innate intelligence, emotion and sensitivity in all animals that moves me as a wildlife artist. I have personally met all animals in my wildlife paintings. I love to feel their essence first hand, in the case above, Arctic Wolves. My mission is to re-create each animals’ unique individual value, essence and emotion within each wildlife painting, or wildlife drawing, to collaborate with YOU and for generations to revere." - Michael Pape
I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and am self-taught. I have been always fascinated by realistic painting styles. I aim to portray dramatic realism in my paintings that takes the viewer to a place where they would like to go, but normally cannot. In trying to capture this realism, each painting’s execution can take months, or even more than a year, to finish in either acrylic or a combination of mediums. As a result, the demand for my original artwork far exceeds my ability to create.
Working inside an enclosure "live" on a new painting "Ghostly Encounter - Grey Wolves" of two wolves that are sisters. The white wolf in the painting is behind me. It is such a privilege to encounter such grace, beauty and hope, first hand, which inspires my paintings.

Welcome — I’m Michael Pape.
I’m honoured to share with you the heart behind my exclusive Original Wildlife Paintings and Fine Art Limited Editions. My work is rooted in a deep respect for all Animals and the Natural World — and driven by a mission to give voice to the voiceless.
Through my exclusive wildlife paintings and wildlife drawings, I aim to help you celebrate and honour your own love for Animals — to create a meaningful connection that inspires awareness, compassion, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty and fragility of the Natural World we share.
My mission goes far beyond creating exclusive wildlife art. It’s about offering you a deeply meaningful, lasting experience.
Through my wildlife paintings and wildlife drawings, I aim to awaken the part of you that perhaps already understands — intuitively and emotionally — the sensitivity, intelligence, and soul of all Animals. Whether it's a Whale, Bird, Fish, Amphibian, Reptile, or any living being, my hope is to deepen your connection with them and inspire a greater desire to understand, protect, and value their existence.
I am a wildlife artist who believes that every Living Creature — and the Natural World in which they live — deserves compassion, respect, and reverence.
That belief began early in my life. I grew up in a home where Animals played an important role. We always had a Dog and my mother often cared for stray Dogs, Cats and Birds. Her compassion shaped my own — and instilled in me a lifelong respect for Animals of every kind.
For years, I used to volunteer at a Wildlife Animal Rescue center every Saturday morning in Kleinberg, Ontario. I witnessed firsthand the challenges Animals endure when they fall victim to uncaring and careless individuals. I could feel their pain, fear and vulnerability. I wanted to do more for them. As my wildlife paintings began to gain recognition and found its way into the homes of wildlife art collectors around the world, I made the decision to devote myself entirely to fine art wildlife painting — and to using my wildlife art as a voice for Animals with no voice of their own.
Though the rescue center eventually closed due to lack of funding, the Animals I cared for there remain with me. Their innocence, their silent resilience, and their untold stories continue to live on — through every brushstroke, in every painting. They are the heart of my work.

Swan with broken back I cared for from falling victim to uncaring and careless individuals at wildlife animal rescue centre where I used to volunteer.
The problem in this world that I believe is worth solving in collaboration with serving you:
Over the many years I’ve spent painting and traveling as a wildlife artist, I’ve had the rare privilege of working directly with some of the world’s most intelligent and breathtakingly beautiful Animals — including Tigers, Wolves, Snow Leopards, and Lynx, to name a few. Every Animal I paint, I have personally met. It’s their innate intelligence, sensitivity, and undeniable truth that I strive to capture — and share with you — through the emotional depth of my exclusive wildlife paintings and wildlife drawings.
My mission extends far beyond creating exclusive wildlife art paintings — it’s about cultivating a deep, emotional connection between you and the extraordinary Animals with whom we share this planet.
Each Exclusive Original Wildlife Painting, Wildlife Fine Art Giclée Limited Edition or unisex Luxury Premium T-Shirt you collect is far more than wildlife art — it is a rare, intimate connection to the soul of an Animal.
Within each exclusive wildlife painting or wildlife drawing lives the Animals spirit — their life force, their quiet strength, their vulnerability, and the deep emotion they hold but cannot speak. These are sentient beings most will never have the chance to truly see — and some are vanishing before our eyes, with every passing moment.
When you choose to collect my work, you're not simply acquiring wildlife art — you're becoming part of a meaningful movement.
Your decision is more than an appreciation for exclusive wildlife fine art; it’s a reflection of awareness, a declaration of values, and a purposeful step toward lasting change. Through your support, we elevate collective consciousness, inspire compassion, and help protect the fragile bond between humanity and the Natural World.
Together, we become a voice for all Animals, that have no voice of their own — and for the Natural World they call home.
In partnership with you — my collectors and supporters —through my exclusive wildlife art, and through your commitment, we honor the beauty of Gods creatures, advocate for their protection, and work toward a future where respectful coexistence is not just a dream — but a legacy we leave behind.
Your support means everything. Without it, this message — and the Animals it represents — could not reach the world.
With gratitude, — Michael Pape

Using acrylic paint to showcase God’s creations so you too can experience the living, breathing, staring at you, magical energy and essence of each Animal I have had the honour of personally meeting first hand, through my Wildlife Paintings.
I believe the bigger the painting the better for the largest Cat in the world the Siberian Tiger and the only way to express its true beauty, power and essence. Creating large paintings is never easy, but in the end, impact is what art is about and influencing change to herald the beauty and significance of Animals is the greater mission behind my paintings. © Invincible - Siberian Tiger

- Ecclesiastes chapter 3, verse 19.
For there is an outcome for humans and an outcome for animals; they all have the same outcome. As the one dies, so the other dies; and they all have but one spirit. So man has no superiority over animals, for everything is futile.
